Payment & Scheduling
Payment is due upon completion of services. Cash, check and credit card are all currently
accepted. There will be a $40 returned check fee for any returned checks.
Scheduling can be done through phone call, text, email, and even Facebook. It is highly recommended to pre-book future
appointments to ensure your pet stays on a schedule to maintain a healthy coat.

Vaccinations
We require all pets to be up to date on rabies vaccination. It is required by law from the age of 6 months and older. We must see proof of the vaccination before the first appointment and upon renewals.
Medical Information
It is imperative that you inform us of any medical condition your pet currently has in order for us to operate in a safe manner. This includes allergies, genetic disorders, sore limbs, recent surgies, medications, etc...There is no such thing as TMI in this department.
Fleas & Deskunking
If live fleas are on your dog when they enter our care I will provide a flea bath at your expense. The products I use will kill live fleas but it is not a preventative and further treatment is required to get rid of the problem in its entirety. We are no experts in removing the horrid smell of skunks. However, we will try. We have some tried and true methods that work in minimizing the smell. It will usually still require time and multiple baths to get rid of the smell completely.
Pick Up
We are a dog grooming facility, not a doggy daycare. We also operate with limited space in the salon and don't walk the dogs for safety reasons. We ask that everyone does their best to pick up their pets within 30 minutes of being told they are done.
Dogs left to hang out past 1 hr of being finished (without prior arrangements being made with us) will acrue a $25 daycare fee.
The shop closes promptly at 4 pm every day and every dog must be picked up before 4 pm.

Cancellations
We understand that life happens but it is respectful to give us enough time to fill your
time slot.. We require 48 hours notice for canceling appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee that must be paid before rescheduling. This does not include medical emergencies or sicknesses.
